No, you can still make a purchase in the EMIAN online store as a guest. The difference being that we will not store any username and password connected to your order. You do have the option to save all the data into an account for the future, which will make the communication with us easier.

Navigate to the main landing page on our site (Welcome Page). In the top right header navigation select the option “Sign in” to create your account. Note that you can create a new customer account when placing an order.

Please check that you have entered the correct email address and password. Still not working? Click on “Forgot your password?” and enter the email address you provided when you registered your account.


A link will be sent shortly to your email address, which you should click on to reset your password. Link not received? Please check your inbox, spam or trash folders.

Exchange & Returns

I want to return or exchange my glasses, what is your return policy?
What can I do if I have questions about my returned order?

You have the ability to try your product(s) on at home and send them back to us within 14 days - starting from the day of receipt – for a refund. You do not need to state a reason for return within this time period and you will be given a full refund of the frames if the glasses are in the same condition as when you received them.


As soon as your return shipment has been checked and confirmed by our Customer Care Team we will refund your payment using the same method you selected for your purchase.


We will let you know via email as soon as we have activated the full refund. We ask for your understanding in that we cannot accept return at the EMIAN Showroom or official retailers. Warranty, Claims and Repairs

How long is the warranty for the EMIAN glasses I purchased in the online store?
My EMIAN glasses are broken, what can I do?
I have a scratch on my lens, what should I do?

If you bought your sunglasses in our online store, the warranty is 2 years for material defects or faulty manufacture. This warranty does not cover lens scratching.

If you purchased your sunglasses in our online store, please contact our Customer Care team at hello@emian-eyewear.com and describe the problem. Our team will get back to you as soon as possible.


If your optical frame or sunglasses are not from the online store, please get in touch with the official EMIAN retailer where you bought your glasses. One of our selected partners nearest toy you will be happy to help.


Please email us a photo at hello@emian-eyewear.com of your scratched lens, and we can check our inventory to advise if we have any replacement lenses available for that style of frame. Please note that lens replacements incur a Euro 40 (excluded shipping charges) fee.

We provide many different payment methods in our online store (some of which are country-specific). You may pay with American Express, VISA and MasterCard, as well as Paypal where ever you are. If you have trouble with any of the different payment methods, please make sure you have entered all the required fields correctly.

You will be charged as soon as you place your order on our website. A confirmation email will be sent to your email address with details about your order. Please save this email, as this is your confirmation. If you do not find the “Order Confirmation” email in your inbox, please check your spam and trash folders.

All transactions are charged in Euros. Our website currency converter can help to estimate the exchange rate in your local currency such as US Dollars or Mexican Pesos.

Customers may be liable for any customs and import duty, quotas, permits, product restrictions and other local requirements. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Therefore we suggest that you check the requirements in your country before placing an order. We will not be liable for any custom or import duties. The good news for Mexican and US consumers are imports of merchandise up to Eur 800 will be allowed into the United States and Mexico free from duties and customs.

At the moment our optical frames are only available through our selected optician retailers. We want to guarantee the optimal comfort of your corrective eyewear. Our professional team at the selected retailers offer an individual consultation service in order to find the appropriate frame and lenses.

We’re stocked in over 500 stores around the world so there is hopefully a store near you! You should check them in our store locator to find a stockist in your area. The best thing to do is to get in touch with them directly to see if they have the frame you want in-stock.

We recommend you to look up the nearest selected retailer. They best know how to care about the optimal fit of your glasses. You can check them in our store locator.

Polarized lenses are used historically for sport, fishing, snow sports and other general outdoor fitness activities, whereas our focus has always been holiday, sex and fashion uses.

All our frames are 100% scriptable. Our frames can only be put in prescription lens by our official retailers. Check our store locator to find the nearest to your area or region. Please note that our inhouse optician team can not prescribe your lens so that’s why we recommend to visit our store locator to find your nearest Official retailer.
